Angelo Niculescu – Director of Pickleball
Angelo discovered pickleball a couple of years ago and is loving playing and teaching the sport. He received his professional level teaching credential from the Professional Pickleball Registry. He loves teaching pickleball to all ages and focuses on correct technique, body positioning and consistency.

Glen Scruggs – Teaching Professional
Glen grew up in Oregon and began playing tennis while young. He played junior tennis tournaments in the NW, competed in high school and collegiately at the University of Portland and on club teams after graduating.
Glen was introduced to Pickleball by his fantastic wife Stephanie, who you will also see working at Widgi Creek. He took to the game quickly and was soon invited to play with and learn from many of the best and most successful tournament pickleballers in Bend. Glen’s favorite part of coaching pickleball is introducing new players to the game and hearing from them how much they’re improving and enjoying the game.
